日本語と私

今もう三年生です。二年生から、日本語を勉強しました。日本語は私のふくせんこうです。今もう三学期間日本語を勉強しました。速いですね。このかん、いろいろな経験と感想があります。
初めて日本語をせっしょくしたとき、私は日本語が難しかったと思います。平仮名と方仮名は覚えなくちゃいけません。それから、たくさん新しいの単語も覚えなくちゃいけません。本とに心配しました。思い出が悪いですから。でも、今は日本字を読めて、作文を書けて、嬉しかったです。
それから、日本語クラスでいろいろなしたかつどうがあります。それら活動の中で、ブログを書くのがよかった事だと思います。自分の楽しいのことを書けて、面白いの写真をくわえられます。その外、日本語もしんぽになられます。ただ、あまりよくなかった事はドラマをやるのがだと思います。えんじるのことは全然できませんですから。
それから、私は勉強したいのことはなんでもいいです。例えば，面白いのユーモアやロマンチックや怖いのものがたりを勉強したいです。
今LLJ300を勉強している、日本語はもっと難しくなりました。時々クラスで、先生は話すの事はあまり解りません。もっと心配になります。この学期は勉強の時間があまりありません。せんこうのポロジェットと試験はたくさんあって、とても難しいです。この外、韓国語も習っています。よくあつりょくです。でも、もっと時間があったら、私は絶対に勉強します。

私と彼

昨日の日本語クラスで、先生は俵万智の歌を教えました。十五個俵万智がありました。それら俵万智のなかで、私はこの俵万智が一番好きです：
きつくきつく
我の鋳型をとるように
君は最後の抱擁をする
この俵万智を見た時、彼の事は考えました。この俵万智で書いたの事は同じような経験がありましたから。三年の前に、私は彼に離れました。その時、私はペナンの学院に勉強しに行きましたが、彼はKuala Lumpurの大学に勉強し仁行きました。彼がKuala Lumpurにいての時間は五年です。久しぶりですね！でも、彼の前途は重要ですから、私たちは離れなくちゃいけませんでした。離れたの前、私たちはよく会いました。最後のデート時、彼は最後の抱擁をしました。きつくでした。本とに感動しました。その時、私は泣きました。本とに悲しかったですね！
初めてにこの俵万智を見た時、その情景を考えました。だから、その俵万智が大好きです。

心配事（Worries)

今は一週間の休みがあります。Hari Raya Aidilfitriですから。Hari Raya Aidilfitriはマレー人の新年です。今休みにいますけど、でもたくさん心配事がありますよ。Advertisingのポロジェットが一番心配事です。
USMに入ったから今まで、Advertisingが一番難しいの教科だと思います。たくさん難しいのポロジェットがありますから。教師に六個ポスターと一個ビデオのポロジェットをもらいます。でも、作るの方法は全然教えません。教科書のなかで作るの方法もありません。それに、それらポロジェットは個人のポロジェットです。本と見難しいなあ！この外、ポロジェットを作るのソフトはAdobe Photoshop他のビデオ作るのソフトです。この前、それらソフトは全然習いません。だから、使うの方法は全然知りませんよ。閉め切りは近くにあります。本とに心配します。その他、他の教科もたくさん難しいポロジェットとテストがあります。準備しなくちゃいけません。
どうしてだいがくの生活は難しいですか？本とに疲れけますね！助けてください！

香港の有名が死にました。

思い出の風景（My Memorable Scenery)

これは私のインタビュのスクリプトです。写真はGathering With Old Friendsのポストに付託してください。人々は思い出の風景があると思います。私にも思い出の風景があります。そこはEast & Oriental Hotelの後ろのていえんです。
久しぶりにがくいんの友達と会いましたから、今年ろくがつのやすみのとき、私は友達と一緒に出かけました。そのひ、たくさんのところに行きました。例えば、Gurney Driveの海やEsplanadeやEast & Oriental Hotelです。それらのところはきれいです。でも、それらのところの中で、私はEast & Oriental Hotel後ろのていえんが一番好きです。とてもきれいな風景がありますから。
East & Oriental Hotel後ろのていえんにいろいろなしょくぶつがあります。例えば木や花ややしの木です。それから、ホテルのうしろに海があります。そのていえんはてんごくのようです。私はともだちとたくさん写真を撮りました。うれしかったです。そこに喫茶店があります。おなかがすいたとき、その喫茶店で食べ物が食べられます。そのかんきょうにいて、本とにたのしかったです。
そのところは台湾のテレビのばんぐみで紹介しました。ちょっと有名です。たくさんペナンを旅行しているのがいこくじんがそのホテルに泊まっています。多分いいかんきょうがありますから。
そのとき、私は初めてその所に行きました。でも、私はその所が大好きです。将来、そのホテルに泊まりたいです。

盆踊り

七月十九日は盆踊りでした。その日、私は午後四時半にEsplanadeに至りました。おどりの予行がありましたから。私たちのおどりはYosakoiです。

午後四時半の日は本とに熱いなあ！でも、予行しなくちゃいけません。後で、私はクラブメンバーと一緒に食べました。踊るの前、写真を撮りました。

あそこにいろいろな食べ物を売りました。それら食べ物はちょっと高かったですね！でも、おなかがすきましたですから、ざる得ない。

午後六時に盆踊りは始まりました。でも、私たちの実演は八時半に始まります。その日、たくさん人がありました。でも、私はあまり緊張しませんでした。多分よく練習しましたから。

後で、友達と写真を撮りました。友達は浴衣をしました。綺麗ですね！

十時に花火もありますよ！だい綺麗なあ！

ステージで経験を得ました。本とに楽しかったです。

盆踊りよこくへん2009 (Bon Odori Preview 2009)

新の学期ですね！たくさん宿題があります。本とに忙しくなります。私は日本語クラブのメンバーです。それから、新の学期、踊りクラスにいきます。盆踊りよこくへんと盆踊り時、やりたかったです。だから、やるの前、よく練習しました。忙しかったです。
It’s new semester! There are a lot of assignments to do. It becomes very busy. I am the member of Japanese Language Society. Then, in this new semester, I attend the dancing class. I wanted to perform in the Bon Odori Preview and Bon Odori. Therefore, before the performance, we practice a lot. It was very busy.

Island Plazaにいって、踊りは練習しました。子供と一緒に踊りました。子供は元気そうですね！
We were in Island Plaza, practicing dance. We danced together with the kids. They look so energetic!

後で、帯を着るの方法がわかりませんでしたから、習いました。
After that, as we did not know the way of how to put on the belt, we learnt it.

盆踊りよこくへんは七月十二日です。場所はNew World Parkです。盆踊りよこくへん時、私は友達と一緒に踊って、やりました。
The Bon Odori Preview falls on 12th of July. The venue is at New World Park. During the time of Bon Odori Preview, my friends and I danced and perform together.

盆踊りよこくへんの日、たくさん写真を撮りました。
On the day of Bon Odori Preview, we took a lot of pictures.

やるの後、クラブメンバーと一緒に写真をとりました。
After the performance, I took pictures with club members.

私たちはやりましたから、二百リンギをもらいました。全部は九人でした。だから、一人は二十二リンギぐらいをもらいました。本とに嬉しいでしたね！踊るの経験を獲りました。よかったね！
As we performed, we received RM200. There are total of 9 people among us. Therefore, each person received about RM22. I was very happy with it. I can get to obtain the dance experience. It was great!

ときゅうゆうのしゅうごう (Gathering with old friends)

It’s been a long time I have not meet my college friends after we have went to different university after the Pre-U program. I met one of my friend when I was working. What a coincidence! I was very happy to see my friend after all. Then, we decided to find a time in order to have a gathering before the school holiday ends.
We share the common hobby, which is photo shooting. Therefore, we decided to make our gathering as one day photo snapping trip at Penang Island. There are many places that we wished to visit but due to the shortage of time and not familiar with the routes (kind of guilty of saying so as I am from Penang), therefore, we only could be able to make it for a few places.
The first place that we went was Gurney Drive seashore. It was really interesting. There were many rocks and guess what? We did not care about the danger of ‘climbing’ and ‘crawling’ around the rocks just to snap the shots!

After that, we went to East & Oriental Hotel. It’s just like a place in heaven. We took pictures all around.
We took the opportunity to snap some shots when we went to washroom. Sounds weird? But, snapping pictures in restroom has now become a trend! I just couldn’t stop myself from snapping shots in this vintage restroom!

The back yard of the hotel was nice! None stop snapping photos!

The sea view which is at the back of the hotel amazed me too!

Wow! That was really really fun! The next destination that we were heading to was Esplanade! While we were on the way…

Finally, we reached Esplanade. There’s a building of Majlis Perbandaran Pulau Pinang (MPPP). The building is kind of vintage, and we decided to took pictures there!

Not far away from MPPP, there a old parade, the wall are made of bricks. It just looks so mysterious!

Eventually, the night approached. We then pack our mood and went back home.
After so long, it was fun to meet each other again and to have a fun and memorable trip. Looking forward to see you guys again! Cheers!

アルバイトを獲りました (Got a Part Time Job)

Samplingをしました。
I worked as sampling.
アルバイトする時、ただのbody lotionをあげました。
When I worked, I gave out free body lotion to others.
そのbody lotion は75mlのNivea Extra Whitening Milk Repairでした。
The body lotion is 75ml Nivea Extra Whitening Milk Repair.
たいてい一つ五リンギぐらいをういます。
Usually, one bottle costs about RM5.
その時、body lotionはただでした。
At the moment, the body lotion was complementary.
私は三つbody lotionをとりました。
I have taken 3 bottles.
うれしかったです。
I felt so happy.
アルバイトする時間は六月の週末だけ。
The period of time that I did the job was only in the month of June.
きゅうりょう一日百二十リンギです。
The salary is RM120 per day.
でも、三十日から七十日まで、きゅうりょうをもらいます。
However, I can only receive the payment from 30 to 70 days.
とても遅いですね。
It’s very late.
おかねがありません。
I got no money.
かなしいですよ。

つまらないのやすむみ（Boring Holiday)

It's been a long time i never write my blog.

いそがしかったんです。
It's because I was busy.

たくさん試験があったんです。
As there were exams.

いま、やすむ。
Now, I'm in holiday.

とてもひまだ。
I am very free.

家にいった、なにもしない。
I stay at home, not doing anything.

ほんとにつまらない。
It's very boring.

アルバイトをにつけた、でも、ない。
I was lokking for part time jobs, but, there is none.

たぶんけいざいはわるいんだと思う。
I think maybe it's because of economy downturn.

むかしやりかったこと、いまやりたいこと

おはようございます。きょう、わたしは“むかしやりかったこと、いまやりたいこと”について話します。みんなさんはやりたいことがあると思います。わたしもやりたいことがあります。

子供のとき、たくさんものは知りませんでしたから、たくさんものをならいたかったです。音楽が大好きでした。だから、ピアノをならいたかったです。ようちえんのとき、クラスでいちだいピアノがありました。ピアノがくろくて、大きかったです。先生はよくクラスでピアノをひきました。先生はピアノをひくとき、私とクラスメートとは一緒にうたをうたいました。とてもたのしかったです。毎日クラスの後で、私は友達と一緒にそのピアノをひきました。私はピアノをならいたかった。でも、がくひはとてもたかかった。いちげつかん三百リンギぐらいかかりたかった。私の家族はお金持ちじゃありませんでしたから、ピアノをならいませんでした。ちょっとかなしかったです。しょうらい、私はピアノをならいたいと思っていました。

いま、大きくなります。ピアノはならうのがあまり好きじゃなくなりました。きょうみがありませんから。でも、あたらしやりたいことがあります。お金がありませんから、お金持ちになりたいです。家族の生活はたいへんです。毎日父と母がつとめていて、おかねをもうけます。あまりやすみます。本とにむずかしくて、いそがしいです。だから、きんべんな人になりたいです。よく勉強して、いいせいせきをとります。それから、しょうらいいいせいかつをとりたいです。

でも、私は料理するのが好きです。However, I like to cook.

おいしいのたべもは大好きですから。It is because I love delicious food.

ときどきうちで料理をします。Sometimes, I'll cook.

たくさん食べ物のなけで、Nasi Goreng Pattayaが一番料理がとくいです。Among all the food, I good at making Nasi Goreng Pattaya.

その料理は卵の中で焼き飯があります。 For that dishes, there is fried rice inside the fried egg.

いろいろざいりょうがいります。 Various kind of ingredients are needed.
例えば飯米とごうせいのやさいとたまごです。 For instance, rice, mixed vegetable and eggs.
いるのちょうみりょうはえんとこしょうとしょうゆです。 The seasoning needed are salt and black pepper.
まずはじめに飯米とごうせいのやさいをやきます。 Firstly, fried the rice together with mixed vegetable.
それから、全部ちょうみりょうは一括りりょうりです。 Then, put in all the seasoning together.
つぎに、たまごをやきます。 Next, fried the egg.
あと、たまごは焼き飯のなかがいをします。 After that, put the egg on top of the rice to cover it.

その仕事は簡単じゃありませんでしたから。すごいと思います。
As it is not an easy job, i think that he is superb.

でも、お金をやりくりするのが上手です。

Japanese Festival 2009

There was Japanese Festival 2009 that organized by Japanese Language Society of USM from 5th January 2009 to 9th January 2009. It is one of the biggest event of the club and it was held at Foyer DK U. There are a lot of interesting activities that been held during that particular week. For instance, Chado, Kendo, Harajuku Fashion Show, Cosplay and so on.

Among the program that impressed me the most is the Harajuku Fashion Show. All those models for Harajuku Fashion Show are outsiders who were specially invited by our club in order to perform during the fashion show session. The way they dressed was really amazing. They are brave enough to wear and the way they dressed really showed their personality. Everyone was like, "WOW!" when they saw those models. They are really cool. It gave me the feeling like I was in Japan by the time. The audience took that opportunity to take pictures with them. Me either.

Besides, I also had the opportunity to cosplay during the Cosplay session. All the cosplayers are actually the members from our club. The costume that i wore was a red costume. It was borrowed from Penang Japanese Consulate and it was imported from Japan. Guess what? It was It was really a great experience for me. At first I was ￥8990. Kinda worry i ll spoil it but luckily im not. Haha. At the first place i was kinda reluctant to participate but after that, i decided to give myself a try. I am not regret to participate in that show as it was really interesting and fun. We had a great time there. Looking forward for the Japanese Festival 2010!

Critical Thought on Japanese Society, People and Culture-Fashion

Talking about fashion, the first country that comes to my mind is Japan. Why? The reason is that Japanese tend to be very fashionable. From what I’ve always seen from the internet, there are many different kinds of fashion styles that prevail in Japan. Trends such as Harajuku, Shibuya, Ginza, Odaiba, Shinjuku and the like, are among the fashion trend that followed by Japanese. Some of these styles are kind of exaggerated for some of the people. In my opinion, i think that Japanese are courage enough to follow the fashion trend and wear whatever they want.

Harajuku and Gothic Lolita
From my point of view, Japanese really pay much effort and attention on their appearance. Despite of whether they are men or women. Each time before they step out of their home, they would have to spend a long time in order to dress up themselves. I guess that is the reason why they look so awesome. Most of the time, whenever we are walking on the streets in Japan, or perhaps, from the TV programmes, we will be noticing that the dressing way of some of the Japanese are quite exaggerate. Even though they way they dress are quite exaggerate sometimes, somehow, this kind of trend is still being able to be accepted by some of the non-Japanese. However, there are quite a number of community which is not able to accept that kind of dressing style.

There are many different kind of sources that we can get to know more about Japan fashion. Japanese magazine is one of it. There are various kind of Japanese Magazines that introduce about the trend of fashion that prevail in Japan, such as Cawaii, Popteen, Vivi, Ray, and so on. These are among the collection I have. Some of the costumes that the Japanese models are wearing are quite exaggerate.

We can always see that sources like manga, anime, games are also the sources where Japanese fashion trends evolve from. Those Japanese who are really addicted into the world of manga, they would have fancy about the dressing way of the characters they adore. This kind of dressing way is called COSPLAY. As I am participating in Japanese Language Society, I heard my senior said that, the people who wish to imitate the characters that they like have to possess with the characteristics that similar with the characteristics that possessed by the particular characters. It is because if they dress up the same as the characters do, their personality and the way they act have to be the same as well. They also put on accessories as what had the characters that they adore are wearing so that they will look exactly the same as the characters in manga.
There are quite a number of movies where the outfits that wear by the actors and actresses which are quite exaggerated. The movies that I’ve watched are Ge Ge Ge no Kitaro as well as Nana l and ll. Basically, it is because both of the movies transforms from the world of anime into the real world. The movie Ge Ge Ge no Kitaro is more anime-liked dressing while for Nana, it is more punk rock-liked dressing. There is also another movie which is called Kamikaze Girls. There are Lolita-liked dressing and Yankee-style dressing that we could see in the movies. These movies had shown us the fashion trends that prevail in Japan which are really exaggerated. I think Japanese see these as common but as for non-Japanese, it is quite common to see it on screen but not in the real life. Perhaps, they might think it as overdressed.

Ge Ge Ge no Kitaro, Nana and Kamikaze Girls

As a conclusion, i believe that the degree of acceptableness towards the fashion trend in Japan is depends on individual perception. Some might think that the fashion trend is still acceptable while some might not. As for me, i think that the Japanese fashion trend is still acceptable as it has not goes beyond my degree of acceptableness. So what do you guys think out there? Feel free to drop me comments.

でも、私は友達と誕生日パーティーにいきました。

ベーちーに行きました。

バーベキューがありましたから。
(Because we will be having a barbeque)

ベーチーにたくさん人がありました。

楽しかったです。

それから、Queens Bay Mallに行きました。
(After that, we went to Queens Bay Mall)

Working Day in Banquet

I went to work today. It is only one day job. Basically, i don't really have the chance and time to work in this holiday because i've already spent the first 2 weeks of my holiday for preparing The Japanese-Language Proficiency Test while i only have 4 weeks holidays in total.

I worked in banquet at one of the hotel in Penang. Actually, i was following my sister, Shan, to work there as she has been working there for quite a period of time and i wish to figure out what is actually happens out there. Moreover, it was Hari Raya Haji. So, the pay could be higher (Obviously, not so higher as the normal day rate is RM4/hour and it's only RM5/hour on that day). It's ok. I just want to gain some experience.

I worked started from 3pm to 11pm. When we reach there, at fist, the things that we need to do is to assemble, waiting for to be assigned for tasks. As this is the first time that i involved in the line of F & B, the manager just assigned me with the more easier task, which is serving the guests by filling/refilling the beverage into guests cups/glasses. By the way, the event tonight would be a Chinese Style wedding ceremony. The task that i was being assined to seems easy. But guess what? It's not as easy as you could imagine. I have to walk around, holding the heavy jugs or beers and soft drinks and teapots that full with hot tea, keep refilling into the cups and glasses. Different types of guests might request differently as they had different wants and needs. Of course, my job is easier as compare to my sister. She had been assigned to serve all the dishes to the guests, doing clearing and all that kind of stuff. It's really not easy. I was really tiring. My muscles cramps for almost 2 or 3 days. However, even though it is quite a tough job, i think that it is good as i can get to learn experince from it.

日本語能力試験(The Japanese-Language Proficiency Test)

十二月八日には日本語能力試験がありました。
There was a Japanese-Language Proficiency Test on 8th of December.

所はPenangのDisted Stamford Collegeです。
The location is at Disted Stamford College of Penang.

私の妹はそのがっこういんで勉強します。
My younger sister is studying at the college.

四級のじゅけんきゅうをとりました。
The test level that i took was level 4.

試験は午後三時から六時五十分まで。
The test start from 3pm to 6.50pm.

しけんは本当にむずかしかったです。
The test was really difficult.

わたしはかなうその日本語能力しけんおほうがだいがくよりむずかしいです。
I realise that The Japanese-Language Proficiency Test is more difficult than school exam.

試験でいい成績を取りたいです。
I hope that i will get good result in the exam.

おもしろかったです。
(It is interesting.)

皆さんは歴史があります、私も歴史があります。(Everyone has his/her history, so do i.)

私の誕生日は千九百八十八年七月一日です。(I was born in 1st of July, 1988.)

ペナンから来ました。(I came from Penang.)

私は家族の初めての子供です。(I am the eldest child in my family.)

二人妹がいます。(I have 2 younger sisters.)

子供の時、可愛かったです。(When i was young, i was cute.)

でも、腕白でした。(But, i was naughty.)

五歳のとき、予知園に行きました。(When i was 5, i went to kindergarten.)

その予知園はDay Star Kindergartenです。 (The kindergarten is Day Star Kindergarten.)

七歳の時、小学校で勉強しました。(When i was 7, i studied in primary school.)

其の時、短い髪でした。(By the moment, i cut my hair short.)

学校の規則ですから。(It is because of what had fix by school rules.)

小学校から高校まで、髪は短かったです。(I was in short hair from primary school til secondary school.)

可愛くありませんでした。(It was so ugly.)

嫌いでした。(I hate that.)

十八歳のとき、学院で一年勉強しました。(When i was 18, I studied in Matriculation College for 1 year.)

十九歳のとき、USMで勉強しました。(When i was 19, I studied in USM.)

今年、二十歳です。(I am 20 this year.)

二年生です。(A second year student.)

試験でいい成績を取りたいです。(My dream is to get the best results in exam.)

Ah.. The final exam has came to an end finally. It's been torturing me for about 3 weeks time. During those weeks, i've been a lil bit fatter and sometimes thinner as well. Haha. However, there is another test which is still waiting for me-The Japanese-Language Profiency Test. I gotta work hard for it!

It's been a long time i did not update my blog. But I'll try to update it as much as possible during this holidays. So guys, remember to keep your track with me. . .

せんしゅうまつはいそがしいかったです。

(Last weekend was a busy weekend)

にほんごのクラブはアニメ週間をひらきました。

(Japanese Club organized an Anime Week)

わたしはにほんごのクラブのメンバーです。

(I am a member of Japanese Club)

だから、わたしとクラブのメンバーボーどーどをかざりました。

(Therefore, my club member and I decorated the board together)

わたしたちはそこでぼーどをふつかかざりました。

(We spent two days to decorate the boards)

どようびにごごいちじからごごくじまでボードをかざりました。

(On Saturday, we decorated the boards from 1pm to 9pm)

にちようびにごごいちじからごごくじボードをかざりました。

(On Sunday, we decorated the boards from 1pm to 11pm)

つかれました、でも、わたしはボードがかんせいして、うれしかったです。

(I was tired, however, i felt so happy as i had completed the board)
